Instructions for participation in TG DAO IDO
Welcome, everyone! We have prepared an informative article so you can easily register in our IDO.

The Procedure of IDO (Will be active from February 8, 2022.):
1. In order to participate in IDO, connect wallet on the website on the website:

3. On the project page, you should join the project group.
Joining the group means automatically getting into the whitelist of this project.
Access to the whitelist will be available to those users who have a total number of tokens of at least 10,000 TGDAO (tokens in vesting, staking and on the wallet are taken into account).
❗️PLEASE NOTE that the whitelist will be have certain deadlines!
We will announce the opening and closing dates of the whitelist on our media channels. The deadlines will also be available on the project’s team page.
After hitting the “Join group and whitelist” button, you will be suggested a questionnaire, the purpose of which is to determine your investment sentiment for this project.
4. After closing the whitelist, the system will be calculating your allocation in the project.
All whitelist participants will receive their guaranteed allocations.
For now, the allocations will be calculated based on the number of the tokens in vesting and the tokens that are on the wallet.
Later, the amount of allocations will be calculated based on the reputation.
5. At the start of the token sale, the startup token purchase widget will be available on the page:
In this widget, payment for your personal allocation for a startup will be available.
6. If, for some reason, the allocations were not sold to the whitelist participants, we will open an additional sale for all launchpad participants in fixed packages of tokens on FCFS terms (the amounts will be selected based on the current balances of unsold tokens).
The opening of the pre-sale will begin 90 minutes after the start of the token sale.
Additional sale will continue until the full integration of the allocation market, which will solve the unsold token issue.
This procedure is relevant for prepared startups that will undergo private rounds on the Launchpad. Upgrades to the interface and other various nuances will be finalized in the second quarter of 2022, when we’ll be conducting a UX/UI redesign of the project.
The procedure for interacting with startups, which will be led by our Launchpad from the very beginning, will be published later.
